Day 2: Havelock Islands
Early morning departure by inter-island ferry to HAVELOCK ISLAND (54 Kms by sea from Port Blair).

Day 3: Elephant Beach

Where I will be staying during the Andaman Tour?

Is this a private tour or group tour?
What does private tour means?
A private tour means you have your own driver and are not traveling with a group of strangers.
How many persons will be in a vehicle?
A maximum of 5 adults will be accommodated in a vehicle. If the group size is more than 5 adults additional vehicle or coach will be provided depending on the group size
Why lunch and dinner is not included in the Andaman tour package?
We prefer to keep most lunches and dinners free to allow the guests to see how they feel each day and what type of cuisine they desire. If required, we can recommend restaurants during the tour.
What about the taxes?
GST @ 5 % is applicable on the above tariff.
Is Peak season surcharge included in the above tariff?
Many hotels in Andaman Islands charge peak season surcharge for stay in this period. If you are traveling between 01 December to 31 January, please check with us for the rates.
Are there any mandatory dinners?
Some hotels in Andaman Island offers mandatory dinner on Christmas Eve, New Year Eve and Valentines Day. Please check with us for the rates.

What happens after submitting the booking form?
Once the booking form is submitted you will receive a call from 7200181818. After the call we will block the rooms and send you the pro-forma invoice with in 3 working days. Please note that until we speak the booking will not be processed.
When to make the payments?
The payment schedule is as follows:
75% of the total amount to be paid within 5 days of receipt of the invoice
On receipt of the payment we will book the rooms for you
Balance 25% of the payment to be paid before 30 days of arrival
If your arrival is in less than 30 days of booking, full payment will be required on receipt of proforma invoice
What’s the cancellation policy?
Before 31 days of arrival - 95% will be refunded
Between 16 - 30 days of arrival - 50% will be refunded
Between 8 - 15 days - 25% will be refunded
Less than 7 days of arrival - No refund

How far in advance should I book my trip?
This depends how far in advance you prefer to plan. We book last-minute trips all the time, and we also arrange tours that are planned years in advance. Major consideration is seasonal demand.
