If you have booked a package with us and wish to cancel, the following terms stand valid<\/p>

Before 31 days of arrival \u2013 95% will be refunded
Between 16 \u2013 30 days of arrival \u2013 50% will be refunded
Between 8 \u2013 15 days \u2013 25% will be refunded
Less than 7 days of arrival \u2013 No refund
No refund for the bookings made for 15 December to 15 January<\/p>

Please include your booking details (sent to you via email after booking) and also tell us why you\u2019re canceling and requesting a refund \u2013 we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.<\/p>

Refunds are being processed within 8 weeks period however, we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by processing bank.<\/p>

In case of force majeure cases (such as war, threat of war, riot, curfew, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events), Andaman Holidays shall not be liable for any losses made thereof.<\/p>

In case local attractions are closed for maintenance \/ weather conditions \/ government orders \/ strike \/ curfew \/ natural calamity \/ other unforeseen reasons, Andaman Holidays will try its best to reimburse the traveller appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Andaman Holidays is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.<\/p>

Certain tour destinations, or tours booked during peak travel dates, require additional advance deposits and \/ or have different payment terms and conditions. In such cases, the additional deposit amounts and related payment terms and conditions will be advised once required.<\/p>

Cancellation penalties and fees imposed by our suppliers may be additional and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds, if any.\u00a0<\/p>

No refunds will be made after commencement of your tour, whether for early termination, voluntary absence from the tour or for any unused services. Your decision not to travel due to State Department warnings, fear of travel, illness, or any other reason, will be deemed a cancellation.<\/p>

If a flight or other delay for any reason causes you to miss services, no refunds will be given. Please see our Limits on Responsibility elsewhere in these pages.<\/p>

A change of trip date or change of travel destination(s) will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.
