Between 2nd and 5th Sep 2010, Andaman Holidays MICE organised TAPASUCON 2010 at Port Blair. It's a massive annual conference of the Tamil Nadu and Pondy Society of Urologists, conducted this year in the Andaman Islands. A total of 280 delegates that encompassed doctors, majorly Urologists and their dependants took part in the Conference. As the doctors conferred, the dependants enthralled themselves sightseeing the scenic tourist spots spread across the islands. We had organised the first day's conference in a Meeting Hall, while the second day was even more exciting-onboard the Makruzz, the luxury catamaran that plies between Port blair and Havelock. We had charted the catamaran exclusively for TAPASUCON and the delegates had an enjoyable and never-before conference experience. |

As an experienced MICE service provider, we started putting our MICE skills into work, way ahead of the TAPASUCON schedule. We took time to understand the preferences in terms of accomodation to cuisines, sight seeing interests to souvenir likes, shopping preferences to conferring requirements.
